    Essential Functions and Duties:

    • Responsible for the overall direction and daily management.
    • Responsible for annual and long-term profitability and competitiveness.
    • Create a culture where exceptional people desire to work to their highest level and are appreciated for their performance
    • Supervisory Managerial: entire market.
    • Direct subordinates:  multiple department (Operation, Purchasing, Marketing, ……).
    • Lead and organize team to fulfill strategic planning.
    • Build brand.
    • Drive, enable and monitor the achievement of operational and financial results.
    • Manage / monitor capital budget, identify and track capital improvements
    • Accomplish the growth and vision of the organization.
    • Capture the market potential by accelerating restaurant development and optimizing operating cost.
    • Build and develop team and successor for future growth.

    Develop relationships with Franchisor

    Qualifications:

    • Education Requirements:
    • Minimum bachelor degree in business.
    • MBA, advanced degree, professional certification a plus.
    • Experience Requirements:
    • Minimum 10 years of country level management experience with some of the years in general management in international Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
    • Strong customer service background
    • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and works well under pressure with short deadlines
    • Demonstrate positive attitude, high integrity and self-discipline, strong role model for others
    • Proficient in computer skills and a high level of analytical ability
    • Minimum of 10 years in a local or international F&B or retailer.
    • Seasoned in fast growth, and developing environment.
