ENGINEER, from time to time, will take in charge of full responsibilities for construction projects as follows:
- Estimation & Project Preparation for Bidding (QS & shop drawing, spec & method of construction, estimation & cost, schedule, meeting & presentation...)
- Project Management (plan, execution, control, adjustment & budget, claim & money collection, work with relevant organizations & individuals, report, dispute & problem ...)
- Site Supervision & Control (site supervision & inspection, management subcontractors, control site engineers…)
- Perform Other Duties for Projects
